Crock-Pot Chili Recipe (6 quart size)
I drain and rinse all the beans.
2 cans white beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans favorite chili
2 cans corn
2 cans diced tomato (blend if a smooth texture is desired)
1 quart applesauce or 2 cans
2-3 Tablespoons taco seasoning (to taste) or other desired spices or seasonings
1-2 cups water depending on desired thickness of soup
Put all ingredients in the crock pot & let simmer on low all day.
Serve with tortilla chips.
